The Girvan – A delightfully different whiskey.
Girvan Grain Whiskey is a taste that reflects our heritage as pioneers in whiskey production. This is rare alcohol: rich in vanilla, honey, and hints of caramelized fruit. Girvan is bottled with no added caramel, cold filtration, and golden hues naturally glow. Clean but full of natural flavors, Girvan Single Grain is a new style in the scotch world. Different from blended and not the same as malt. It will appeal to those who find single malt whiskey hard. This is one of the best grain whiskeys in the world.
The Girvan whiskey distillery was built in 1963 on the outskirts of the port town of Girvan under the leadership of Charles Gordon, the great-grandson of William Grant, founder of the family company William Grant & Sons. In the same year, the installation of the first distillation column was carried out, with the help of which the first debut grain whiskey saw the world, which was later used to create blended whiskey William Grant & Sons, as well as a standalone product. To date, the Girvan distillery has six continuous distillation columns and is one of the largest distilleries in Scotland.
