Cave de Askaniac is a premium brandy made from a blend of young and aged spirits produced by the House of Fine Cognacs «Tavria». Grapes for the production of spirits are grown in the wine-growing zone of the Nizhnedneprovsky sands in the famous Askania protected area, which gave the brandy its name. Interestingly, the «Askania-Nova» reserve and the vineyards of the Tavria company are located on the 46th parallel, on which the French regions of Cognac and Armagnac are also located. The unique Charente technology is used for aging alcohol, as well as French and Transcarpathian oak barrels.
Brandy is amber-brown in color, the aroma is filled with notes of citrus and duchesse.
The taste is soft, rounded, with a buttery melting texture, hints of chocolate and hazelnuts. Floral notes remain in the aromatic aftertaste. Brandy can be consumed in its pure form, combined with coffee and chocolate.
