Briefly about Eugene. Bartender, manager, blogger. From 2011 to 2016, he worked as a bartender and assistant manager in one of the world best bars, CitySpacebar (Moscow), where he exchanged experiences with prominent bartenders of our time. For the past two and a half years, he had led the bars at the KOYA and Mayak restaurants in Kiev. On YouTube, Eugene is also known as Mr.Tolmach. Now his YouTube channel has 320 thousand subscribers and 37 million views.

– Eugene, how was the idea of creating online lectures born?
– Now there are a trillion online schools and courses for bartenders, so the idea itself is not new. What’s new here is rather the manner of presentation and accessibility for everyone.
– How many episodes do you plan to make?
– About 10 episodes have been planned, but with a mere flick of a wrist we can add a zero. The hospitality lies in a base of human needs, which means that it is infinite and always relevant.
– What is the main thing you want to share with subscribers?
– Everything we know and find important. From basic knowledge to space technologies.
