History of J. Garcia Carrion
The history of the manufacturer has 130 years of invaluable experience and painstaking work. Garcia Carrion company originates from the town of Jumilla in southwestern Spain. Several centuries ago, the ancestors of the current owners grew grapes and made wine at their own winery.
From 1968 to this day, the company has been managed by Jose Garcia Carrion. In 1997, his son, Luciano, got the position of vice president, which served as an impetus for taking the company’s exports to a new level.
Garcia Carrion owns 15 factories and wineries throughout Spain, exports products to 150 countries and is the market leader in terms of production of still and sparkling wines in Spain.

PATA NEGRA
Pata Negra TM is represented by wines from 6 wine regions of Spain, which covers most of the need for an assortment of Spanish wine lines of any network. All wine names are strictly defined by region of origin and are protected by international legislation.
Wines from 7 denominations of origin (D.O.) from all over Spain have over 100 rewards and 20% of D.O. wine production market Of Spain.
Cava Pata Negra
CAVA PATA NEGRA is produced at the JAUME SERRA factory and is one of the largest Cava (Cava) production enterprises in Spain with an area of about 4 hectares (42 thousand square meters) and the most highly efficient winery (production indicator is 1 million bottles per 1 employee during 1 year). The company implemented a special control system in an automated warehouse, which provides tracking of product quality at all stages of production and aging; a systematic process has also been established and it allows to track each bottle continuously taking into account data updates, instead of regularly analyzing of different consignments.
The bottling line for sparkling wines is really unique. It was developed in partnership with Krones and allows the bottling of sparkling wines with a capacity of 24,000 bottles per hour. The rest of the production processes are controlled by robots.
Kava is a wine that will complement any dish from seafood to desserts and will definitely decorate any event, whether it is a romantic dinner or a crowded party.
