History of Tullamore D.E.W. began in 1829 when the eponymous distillery was founded in Tullamore, County Offaly. Whiskey got its name in honor of the distillery manager, Daniel Edmond Williams, whose initials (D.E.W.) are now on every bottle of Tullamore D.E.W.
Tullamore D.E.W. – premium blended Irish whiskey with a mild harmonious taste. It consists of three types: pot still whiskey, grain whiskey, and single malt whiskey.
After creating the blend, the drink is aged in special oak barrels to give it even more soft so that it is suitable for all occasions, whether it is a meeting with friends or a dinner with the family.
Tullamore D.E.W. can be enjoyed neat or with ice or soda and lime.
Tullamore D.E.W. is highly regarded by whiskey connoisseurs and has won 27 gold medals in the last ten years.
